MJPEG to JPEG C++/Delphi

Some years go i received task to receive/record/play from DCS IP camera, it support MPEG4 and MJPEG stream via RTSP/RTP, so problem was:
1. Implement RTSP (just part that will enough to receive stream)
2. Parse/Record received stream
